Сутність Поняття «Корпоративна Соціальна Відповідальність (Ксв)»

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано розвиток концепції корпоративної соціальної відповідальності в історичному аспекті. Визначено місце концепції КСВ серед інших концепцій відносин бізнесу і суспільства. Розглянуто сучасні підходи до трактування поняття КСВ, їх переваги та недоліки. Досліджено сутність поняття корпоративної соціальної відповідальності через тлумачення кожної з її складових. Проаналізовано фактори, що спонукають організації до формування КСВ. Запропоновано власне визначення поняття «корпоративна соціальна відповідальність», яке у порівнянні з іншими визначеннями уточнює об’єкт та суб’єкт КСВ, її мету та очікуваний результат. Результат дослідження можна використовувати як фундамент для подальшого розвитку теорії та практики КСВ організації.
