Реализация Стратегии Развития Атп На Базе Сбалансированной Системы Показателей

Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрены особенности реализации стратегии на базе сбалансированной системы показателей. Основная цель состоит в разработке подхода, который позволит в текущем периоде отследить уровень достижения стратегических целей АТП и вклад отдельных подразделений в полученный результат. Предлагается в дополнение к стратегическим картам разрабатывать документ, в котором система сбалансированных показателей будет представлена не только в разрезе четырех основных аспектов, но и в соответствии со стратегическим набором предприятия с привязкой к основным организационным единицам АТП. Подход позволит получить важную информацию для определения успешности реализации стратегии в текущем периоде, для корректировки стратегии, разработки мероприятий по ликвидации выявленных недостатков. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы АТП для разработки и реализации стратегии развития.
