Концептуальная Модель Стратегического Контроллинга

Abstract

В данной статье предложена концептуальная модель стратегического контроллинга в управлении предприятиями. Целью исследования является совершенствование системы стратегического управления на основе концепции стратегического контроллинга. На основе анализа, синтеза и изучения современных систем стратегического управления определены основные недостатки существующих систем реагирования на изменения во внешней и внутренней среде. Стратегическое управление требует постоянного совершенствования и поиска новых эффективных инструментов для обеспечения достижения целей стратегии предприятия. В результате применения системного подхода разработано и предложено усовершенствование современного стратегического управления на основе концептуальной модели контроллинга. Данная модель обеспечивает обнаружение, оценку и анализ угроз внутренней и внешней среды функционирования предприятия на этапе реализации стратегии. Модель контроллинга является актуальной в управлении грузовыми транспортными предприятиями.
