Abstract

В статье показана актуальность обеспечения удовлетворенности потребителей предлагаемой услугой. Основной целью исследования является совершенствование существующих методов оценки уровня удовлетворенности потребителей предлагаемыми товарами (услугами). Для ее достижения предлагается модифицированная индексная модель зависимости уровня удовлетворенности пассажиров автотранспортной услугой от установленных факторов его формирования. Разработанная методика позволяет не только оценить уровень удовлетворенности пассажиров, но и определить направления его повышения как в целом, так и за счет каждого фактора его формирования. Предлагается использовать эту методику в практической деятельности автотранспортных предприятий.
