Процес Оцінювання Потенціалу Підприємства

Abstract

Рассмотрено теоретические и методические положения относительно оценивания потенциала предприятия. Основной целью статьи является усовершенствование процесса оценивания потенциала предприятия, обоснование содержания его этапов, а также разработка блок-схемы реализации этого процесса, учитывающая способность предприятия к поиску усилий использования ресурсов. Предложенный процесс оценивания потенциала предприятия, в отличие от существующих, базируется на области перераспределения имеющихся ресурсов и усилий, поиске скрытых ресурсов и усилий путём их преобразования и (или) вследствие саморазвития. Этот процесс позволяет учитывать область возникновения и условия доступа к ресурсам предприятия для их оптимальной группировки по сферам деятельности. Реализация такого процесса даст возможность выявить соответствие фактических величин составных элементов потенциала предприятия установленным целям деятельности, а также повышать обоснованность управленческих решений по улучшению использования совокупного потенциала предприятия.
