Процесс Формирования Потенциала Предприятия

Abstract

На основе поэтапно-структурного подхода уточнён процесс формирования потенциала предприятия, который, в отличие от существующих, раскрывает порядок и содержание работ по распределению усилий использования ресурсов предприятия. Разработанный процесс учитывает область возникновения, условия доступа и сферы использования ресурсов предприятия; выступает основой для принятия управленческих решений о проектном состоянии потенциала предприятия.
