Понятие И Направления Развития Сети Автомобильных Дорог Общего Пользования

Abstract

В статье предложена дефиниция понятия «развитие сети автомобильных дорог общего пользования», в соответствии с которым определены направления развития сети автомобильных дорог, а именно: приведение транспортно-эксплуатационного состояния существующей сети автомобильных дорог и инженерных сооружений на них к соответствующим международным требованиям и стандартам; строительство сети автомобильных дорог; повышение качества и достаточности дорожного сервиса; улучшение состояния и полноты применения технических средств организации дорожного движения и информационного обеспечения пользователей сети автомобильных дорог. Установлены четыре группы факторов (законодательные, финансовые, управленческие и производственные), сдерживающих развитие сети автомобильных дорог общего пользования.
