Abstract

Определена сущность реинжиниринга процессов управления персоналом как фундаментального переосмысления и радикального перепроектирования процессов планирования, организации, мотивации, контроля и координации работы персонала для существенного улучшения основных параметров их функционирования (длительность, стоимость, качество), с целью повышения эффективности деятельности предприятия. Определен состав процессов управления персоналом как объекта реинжиниринга. Обоснована целесообразность применения реинжиниринга процессов управления персоналом на разных стадиях жизненного цикла предприятия
