Abstract

Рассмотрены основные модели бюджетирования, проанализированы их преимущества и недостатки. Выделена оптимальная модель бюджетирования. Предложена модель построения финансового бюджета, которая отражает состав бюджетов предприятия, последовательность их разработки, взаимосвязи между отдельными бюджетами и учитывает особенности функционирования автотранспортных предприятий (АТП)
