Abstract

Рассмотрены преимущества и недостатки существующих методов оценки и анализа конкурентоспособности автотранспортных услуг. Установлено, что эти методы отличаются друг от друга совокупностью факторов, на основе которых производится оценка, и способов получения частных и обобщенных оценок. Предложено оценивать конкурентоспособность автотранспортных услуг на основе параметров комплекса маркетинга
