Процессно-Ориентированная Система Управления Предприятием

Abstract

Обоснованы состав и структура процессно-ориентированной системы управления предприятием, включающая три иерархических уровня. Первый уровень представляет собой подсистему общего менеджмента предприятия; второй уровень – подсистему менеджмента качества на предприятии, а третий включает контуры управления отдельными бизнес-процессами (замкнутые цепи звеньев системы управления структурой и непосредственной их реализацией).
