Abstract

Scientific and methodical recommendations on benchmarking of motor-transport enterprises business-processes have been offered. Its features are substantiation of the choice of enterprise-partner in benchmarking and using the method of hierarchies analysis for determination of the priority of business-processes estimation indexes and a «sample» process as an object of comparison. The enterprises-partners are chosen both from the position of enterprise-producer and fromthe position of consumer by balancing efforts of the enterprises and expectations of consumers concerning their activity. A «sample» process is chosen on the basis of global priority value, determined by the method of hierarchies analysis.
