Abstract

Система управления предприятия для обеспечения его адаптации к быстро изменяющимся условиям внешней среды должна быть ориентирована на маркетинг. Установлена необходимость выделения в ее составе подсистемы в виде контура, проблемно-ориентированного на управление маркетинговой деятельностью. Определены состав и содержание этапов организационного проектирования системы (подсистемы) управления маркетинговой деятельностью предприятия.
