Abstract

The structure of road-construction enterprises potential has been substantiated in the article in the result of implementation of the suggested research algorithm. This algorithm allows specifying the structure of a certain enterprise's potential by taking into account its specific features as well as the opinions of leading specialists in these industries and leading scientists in the sphere of enterprise potential management. The structure is proved to be formed by seven resources: financial, marketing, labour, organizational, technological, technical and material, the first four resources are inherent in any enterprise, and the latter three reflect the specific character of road-construction enterprise activity.
