Estimation of road-construction investment projects efficiency

Abstract

Principles of efficiency estimation, economic and social consequences of introduction of road construction and reconstruction investment projects are considered in this article. The formulas for calculating a new road user advantages for each transportation group are offered and the annual economic evaluation of total advantages is determined, which are the basis of a given net value calculation, index of profitability, internal norm of income, the term of investment projects charges recoupment in road construction industry. The suggested methodical recommendations will allow substantiating expediency of introduction and determination of priority of road construction and reconstruction investment projects in forecasting highway network development.
