Abstract

Рассматриваются дискуссионные во- просы формирования научного (инно- вационного) потенциала в России как федеративном государстве. Особое внимание уделяется проблемам разви- тия инноваций на региональном уровне управления. Изучены возможности применения научного инструментария государственного регулирования инно- вационной деятельности в федераль- ных округах РФ. Сделан вывод о необ- ходимости учёта новых реалий в прак- тике развития федерализма при совер- шенствовании модели государственной инновационной политики
