Российское Содействие Международному Развитию: Оценки И Перспективы

Abstract

Анализируется участие России в оказании международной помощи развитию и предлагаются подходы по прогнозным оценкам этого уча- стия. Показано, что Россия как но- вый донор встраивается в систему оказания содействия международ- ному развитию и предоставляет по- мощь зарубежным странам на дву- сторонней и многосторонней осно- ве. Определены методологические и практические проблемы, которые затрудняют прогнозирование объё- мов и структуры оказания помощи. Представлены возможные подходы к оценке перспектив оказания Рос- сией международной помощи, включающие в себя общую оценку объемов и возможных изменений элементов структуры помощи.
