Аналитический Потенциал Банковской Балансовой Отчетности В Исследовании Концентрации Оборотов Банковского Сектора

Abstract

В статье обсуждается потенциал использования для исследования концентрации банковского сектора статистических данных по оборотам, получаемых посредством агрегации данных банковских балансовых отчетностей по форме 0409101. Приводится объяснение того, почему при существующих практических подходах к регулированию денежно-банковской системы отзыв лицензии у сравнительно небольших по размеру активов банков может приводить к более значительным последствиям, чем ожидалось при принятии решения об отзыве. Обсуждается различие в размере кредитной организации, измеренном по остаткам и оборотам, а также принципиальные недостатки регулирования концентрации банковского сектора без учета этого различия.
