Анализ Ограничений Развития Российского Банковского Сектора

Abstract

Рассматривается ежемесячная динамика пассивов кредитных организаций России в период с 2001 по 2012 год. В качестве основных статей пассивов рассматриваются депозиты населения и нефинансовых предприятий, формы участия в капитале, обязательства перед Банком России, Федеральным Правительством и иностранными кредиторами. Выделяются четыре временных периода, когда наблюдалась относительная устойчивость структуры обязательств, а анализ темпов роста статей пассивов позволяет сделать вывод о финансовой устойчивости банковского сектора в данный период. На основе проведенного анализа можно построить прогноз на среднесрочный период и оценить устойчивость банковской системы при такой структуре финансирования, а также необходимый уровень кредитно-денежной политики ЦБ.
