Abstract

На основе данных официальной статистики и результатов социологических опросов работодателей (20102011 гг.) оцениваются масштабы и причины использования иностранных работников на российском рынке труда. Анализируется квалификационная структура привлекаемых работников. Исследуются причины господства неформальных отношений между иностранными работниками и российскими работодателями.
