О Методах Оценки Доступности Жилья Для Населения: Сравнительный Анализ

Abstract

Рассматриваются различные методы оценки доступности для населения приобретения жилья в собственность. На основе данных за 20082011 гг. проведен сравнительный анализ расчетов, выполненных по различным методикам для России в целом и для Краснодарского края. Показано, что мультивариантная оценка уровня доступности жилья позволяет повысить объективность и надежность результатов в целях выработки грамотных управленческих решений в сфере жилищного обеспечения населения.
