Основы Управления Розничным Бизнесом Коммерческого Банка В России На Современном Этапе

Abstract

Анализируются тенденции развития розничного бизнеса в России, причины роста объемов розничного бизнеса коммерческих банков. На основе проведенного исследования формируется прогноз развития розничных операций российских коммерческих банков. Выдвигается и обосновывается предположение о дальнейшем росте значимости розничных операций в рамках деятельности коммерческих банков. Описывается стратегия управления розничным бизнесом в коммерческом банке среднего масштаба, изначально ориентированном на обслуживание исключительно корпоративного клиента. Даются рекомендации, позволяющие поэтапно с наименьшими затратами и наибольшей эффективностью осуществлять управление развитием розничного бизнеса с учетом масштабов банка, его реальных возможностей как технологических, так и финансовых.
