Abstract

Объектом исследования в данной работе являются вопросы прогнозирования и оценки кадрового потенциала отраслей машиностроительного комплекса. Статья представляет методику оценки затрат на подготовку специалистов с учетом их существующей и перспективной востребованности на рынке труда. Методика включает разработанные методы оценки стоимости подготовки специалистов заданной квалификации для государства и для вуза на основе индексного и сравнительного подходов, и расчет стоимости обучения специалиста в технологическом университете по специальности «Экономика и управление предприятием» для ступени обучения «бакалавр».
