Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам организации прогнозных исследований, установлению порядка проведения, состава участников, информационного обеспечения, сбора и обработки данных в разрабатываемых и осваиваемых технологиях. Методические рекомендации, приведенные в статье, предназначены для согласования действий участников прогноза (экспертов) и деталей его проведения, получения перспективных оценок ожидаемых и разрабатываемых технологий. Их использование позволит на регулярной основе проводить прогнозы востребованности разрабатываемых технологий и их использования предприятиями России. Особенностью предлагаемого подхода является учет жизненного цикла технологий.
