Abstract

Статья посвящена оценке реальных масштабов изменения структуры народного хозяйства и меры соответствия развития сферы услуг потребностям реального сектора с учетом особенностей экономического развития России 1990-2005 гг. и опыта развитых зарубежных стран. Выявлены причины повышения доли отраслей сферы услуг в производстве ВВП, в структуре затрат населения и реального сектора. Дана оценка того, насколько завышена роль услуг в формировании ВВП.
