Abstract

В статье дается общая оценка ситуации и потенциальных возможностей в сфере проектной деятельности; характеристика IT-оборудования, используемого для проектирования и конструирования, и цен на аппаратные и программные средства автоматизации проектирования. Рассматриваются вопросы разработки Государственной комплексной программы территориального социально-экономического развития РФ на 15-25 лет; роль и место отечественного проектирования и конструирования с позиций реализации инерционного и инвестиционного сценариев развития отечественной экономики до 2030 г.
