Миграционная Ситуация В Староосвоенных Регионах России

Abstract

В 1990-е годы в центральных, староосвоенных регионах России сложилась новая миграционная ситуация, и многие из них получили существенный миграционный прирост как за счет миграции из стран нового зарубежья, так и из восточной части РФ. Однако на рубеже столетий потоки миграции извне ослабли, и внутри самих центральных регионов страны установился достаточно пестрый миграционный ландшафт. Миграция имеет выраженный центростремительный характер, что для этой части страны не ново. В статье рассматривается также интенсивность миграции, роль миграции в динамике численности населения на уровне административных районов и городов трех типичных регионов Центральной России: Смоленской, Белгородской и Воронежской областей. Показано, что даже столицы субъектов Российской Федерации не обладают в настоящее время достаточной миграционной привлекательностью, чтобы удерживать численность населения на постоянном уровне.
