«Стратегический Финансовый Контроль» Новая Концепция Бюджетирования

Abstract

Рассматриваются современная практика бюджетирования российских и зарубежных предприятий, а также новые подходы к улучшению системы бюджетирования. Анализируются недостатки традиционной модели бюджетирования и описываются концепции альтернативных моделей. Предложен новый подход к эффективному бюджетированию в виде системы интегрированного управленческого действия, которая носит название «стратегический финансовый контроль».
