Abstract

Потребность в выработке новых точек зрения на разработку и реализацию Российской политики в области энергоэффективности сегодня становится решающим фактором дальнейшего развития экономики. В статье рассматриваются институциональные проблемы разработки новой государственной технологической политики, а также законодательная база транспортировки и потребления природного газа.
