Ценовые Пропорции И Развитие Российской Экономики

Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу изменений ценовых пропорций, произошедших за годы реформ в российской экономике, обсуждению причин и последствий возникающих ценовых соотношений. Рассматриваются актуальные проблемы, связанные с ценообразованием в отраслях-естественных монополиях, в сельском хозяйстве. Вводится определение понятия «эквивалентности» ценовых пропорций, обсуждается явление «ножниц цен». Выявляются ограничения при использовании классической ценовой модели межотраслевого баланса для решения этих проблем. В качестве инструментария оценки последствий изменения ценовых пропорций предлагается ценовая модель, определяются важнейшие направления ее развития.
