Развитие Системы Общественных Расходов Как Основа Долгосрочной Региональной Политики

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы ресурсного обеспечения региональной политики в контексте современного состояния и тенденций развития российской системы общественных расходов. Выделены долгосрочные цели и приоритеты региональной политики, обоснована целесообразность широкого использования при их реализации ресурсного потенциала общественного сектора. Показано несоответствие масштаба задач российской региональной политики и ее ресурсной базы, намечены основные направления совершенствования системы общественных расходов в контексте долгосрочной региональной политики.
