Экономическая Оценка Влияния Нтп На Потенциал Электросбережения В Отраслях Народного Хозяйства

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы определения и оценки экономического потенциала электросбережения в отраслях народного хозяйства. На основании анализа большого объема информации обобщены показатели наиболее эффективных энергосберегающих мероприятий в использовании электроэнергии, отражающих влияние научно-технического прогресса на экономическое развитие. На основе данных Госкомстата РФ по потреблению электроэнергии в 2000 г. рассчитан полный и экономически обоснованный потенциал электросбережения. Показано, что рассчитанный потенциал сбережения электроэнергии составляет значительную часть от общего потребления электроэнергии. Его сокращение даже при действующих ценах электроэнергию может обеспечить снижение потребления электроэнергии в стране на 30-35%.
