Система Натуральных Балансов Как Основа Для Принятия Управленческих Решений

Abstract

Поднимается вопрос о необходимости формирования единой системы натуральных балансов как основы для принятия управленческих решений в области регулирования процессов ресурсоемкости. Особое внимание уделяется вопросам информационного обеспечения для построения натуральных балансов, подчеркивается необходимость организации регулярных статистических обследований. На примере натуральных балансов топливно-энергетического комплекса показываются отдельные аналитические и прогнозные возможности в области оценки динамики ресурсосбережения/ре-сурсоемкости.
