Abstract

Произведены расчеты объема российского жилищного рынка в период с 2005 г. по 2009 г. В статье анализируется динамика как первичного, так и вторичного рынка жилья, в том числе расходы населения на покупку жилья и доходы от его продажи. Рассмотрены основные факторы, которые влияли на динамику жилищного рынка в рассматриваемом периоде.
