Система Прогнозно-Аналитических Расчетов Для Оценки Воздействия Новых Технологий На Динамику И Эффективность Производства В Отраслях Промышленности

Abstract

Рассматриваются методические и информационные вопросы построения системы прогнозно-аналитических расчетов, обеспечивающей отражение воздействия инновационного процесса на экономическое развитие и анализ экономических последствий, связанных с внедрением в отраслях реального сектора экономики новых методов производства (технологий). В рамках данной системы расчетов используется совокупность индикаторов, описывающих объем и динамику производства, объемы применяемых ресурсов, показатели эффективности использования имеющегося производственного аппарата, а также показатели эффективности новых технологий. Изучены различные постановки задач анализа и прогноза, решаемые в рамках рассматриваемой системы; разработан численный метод оценки показателей ресурсоемкости, дифференцированных по вновь вводимым и уже существующим производственным мощностям.
