Abstract

Дается анализ показателей производственных мощностей и их использования, а также динамики и основных проблем инвестиционной деятельности в годы экономического подъема (1999-2007 гг.) и кризиса 2008-2009 гг. Рассматриваются проблемы, связанные с возможностями импортозамещения в период посткризисного восстановительного роста российской экономики, и проблемы перспективного развития производственного потенциала.
