Сырьевой Фактор В Современном Развитии Металлургии

Abstract

В мировой металлургии обострились проблемы вовлечения в эксплуатацию природных ресурсов. Это свидетельствует о недостатках действующего механизма согласования спроса и предложения на сырьевом рынке, о его неадекватности современным экономическим процессам. Взгляды специалистов на изменение роли факторов спроса и ресурсного обеспечения существенно различаются. В статье анализируются основные процессы трансформации модели вовлечения природных ресурсов в общественный оборот. Даны оценки ключевых факторов развития рынка полезных ископаемых и выделены особенности развития мировой металлургии, которые необходимо учитывать при развитии минерально-сырьевой базы России.
