К Вопросу О Совершенствовании Хозяйственного Механизма Инновационной Экономики

Abstract

Рассмотрены актуальным проблемам самофинансирования инновационной экономики. Предлагаются новые конкретно-экономические категории: эксклюзивная прибыль. инвестиционно-благотворительная скидка, целевой депозитный сертификат. Обосновывается необходимость расширения использования платежных средств ограниченного хождения для обслуживания производственного цикла. Даются конкретные рекомендации по использованию целевого депозитного сертификата для перехода от практики зачетов к региональным минирынкам энергоносителей.
