Abstract

Исследуется современная российская практика применения средств государственного воздействия на нефтегазовый сектор: практика регулирования доступа к природным ресурсам и рынкам, особым режимам администрирования рынка сырой нефти и нефтепродуктов, а также практика управления государственной собственностью в нефтегазовом секторе. Анализируется финансовое поведение дивидендная политика, частных нефтегазовых компаний и компаний с доминирующим участием государства.
