Некоторые Теоретические Проблемы Реформирования Крупных Компаний Тэк

Abstract

В статье представлена классификация крупных компаний ТЭК на базе основных положений институциональной теории. Исследование экономистами институционального направления не отдельных технико-экономических показателей финансово-хозяйственной деятельности промышленных компаний, а их свойств укрупненных интегрированных характеристик их системы управления и рыночного поведения позволяет определять возможные направления эволюции крупных компаний топливно-энергетического профиля на современном этапе. Показана необходимость корректировки проектов структурной реформы крупнейшей компании отечественного ТЭК ОАО «Газпром» с учетом объективных особенностей и условий функционирования отечественной газовой промышленности.
