Промышленность Строительных Материалов В Ресурсном Обеспечении Экономического Развития России

Abstract

Статья посвящена оценке роли промышленности строительных материалов в реализации задач стратегического развития страны. В новых условиях исследовались проблемы развития ПСМ и особенности решения актуальных проблем. Выявлены причины появления кризиса в ПСМ и выделены основные условия посткризисного развития, анализируются проблемы инвестиционного развития основных видов строительных материалов, исходя из необходимости повышения технического уровня производства. Обосновывается необходимость создания специальной государственной программы, ориентированной на укрепление процессов ресурсного обеспечения в ходе реализации национальных проектов.
