Abstract

Рассматриваются теоретические и практические проблемы взаимодействия спроса и предложения на рынке труда. Предлагается подход к эмпирической оценке вида кривой спроса на рабочую силу и кривой предложения рабочей силы. Приводятся результаты апробации этого подхода с использованием данных обследования Росстата о распределении работников по размеру начисленной заработной платы. Обсуждаются основные преимущества и ограничения данного подхода. Оценивается роль заработной платы как балансирующей величины на рынке труда
