Исследование Влияния Ресурсной Базы И Коэффициента Дисконтирования На Прогнозируемые Цены И Природную Ренту В Перспективе До 2025 Года

Abstract

Исследуются вопросы стабильности прогноза цен на энергоресурсы, объемов и структуры природной ренты в добывающем секторе ТЭК в перспективе до 2025 г. Для этого проведено варьирование параметров, влияющих на указанные параметры, прежде всего величины запасов сырой нефти и коэффициента дисконтирования. Оценка ренты основана на показателях предельных затрат, выборе технологий переработки и балансовых соотношениях энергоресурсов. Исследование проведено с помощью оптимизационной модели ТЭК, разработанной в ИНП РАН.
