Abstract

В статье исследуется влияние изменений в динамике и структуре внешнеэкономических процессов на динамику занятости населения в экономике РФ и ее отраслях. Обосновывается необходимость использования комплексного межотраслевого подхода при проведении подобных исследований. Рассчитаны среднеотраслевые ставки импортных пошлин. Построены эконометрические уравнения динамики отраслевой занятости. Даны прогнозные оценки динамики отраслевой занятости при различных сценариях изменения импортных пошлин. Делаются выводы о силе влияния внешнеэкономических процессов на динамику занятости населения.
