Abstract

Авторы рассматривают развитие рынков ипотеки в странах Центральной и Восточной Европы в качестве модельных траекторий для будущего развития рынка ипотеки в России. При этом затрагиваются финансовые, демографические и юридические аспекты государственной политики в области финансирования жилищного строительства. Отдельно изучаются макроэкономические факторы, повлиявшие на динамику ипотечного кредитования населения. Результаты исследования представляют собой качественные сценарии развития рынка ипотеки в России в среднесрочной перспективе.
