Оценка Влияния Ресурсных Ограничений На Развитие Тэк России До 2025 Г. (Модельный Подход)

Abstract

В статье исследуется влияние экспорта и величины запасов природных энергоресурсов на структуру топливно-энергетического баланса России в перспективе до 2025 г. Методом вариации данных по ресурсной базе и оценок ожидаемых объемов экспорта энергоресурсов были сформированы шесть различных сценариев развития российской энергетики. Их исследование и анализ производились с помощью оптимизационной динамической модели топливно-энергетического комплекса ИНП РАН, краткое описание которой содержится в статье. На основе полученных результатов произведен анализ структуры, объемов и динамики добычи первичных энергоресурсов, инвестиций в отрасль и валютных поступлений от экспорта топлива до 2025 г.
