Abstract

Рассматриваются проблемы формирования госкорпорации "Ростехнологии". Предлагается авторская оценка работоспособности нормативно-правовой базы функционирования госкорпораций в современных условиях. Приводятся результаты анализа структуры основных активов, принадлежащих "Ростехнологиям", а также оцениваются основные последствия и риски формирования этой госкорпорации для российского высокотехнологичного сектора.
