Оценка И Прогноз Конъюнктурных Циклов В Трендах Экономических Временных Рядов

Abstract

Предложен новый метод анализа и прогноза существенно нестационарных коротких временных рядов. Метод основан на представлении исходного ряда в виде эволюционной составляющей и множества циклических компонент. Описаны все численные процедуры необходимые для реализации метода. Приведены примеры декомпозиции экономических временных рядов, определены спектры циклических компонент и реализован среднесрочный постпрогноз ценового показателя.
