Градостроительные Факторы Регулирования Жилищной Ситуации (На Примере Москвы)

Abstract

В статье проведен анализ характерных для современного состояния жилищной сферы проблем и диспропорций, а также подходов к их разрешению. Перспективы развития жилищной ситуации связываются с взаимодействием стратегий экономической и градостроительной политик, при котором градостроительная документация является основным инструментом практического соединения рыночного и государственного механизмов регулирования жилищного строительства. Предлагаются возможные варианты решения жилищной проблемы, рассматриваемой с позиций общего управления территориальным развитием.
