Abstract

Предлагается стоимостной подход к оценке инновации. Экономическая эффективность инновации определяется на основе уточнений чистого дисконтированного дохода (ЧДД) с учетом особенностей инновационного процесса. Отмечается необходимость создания систем защиты информации, учета отраслевой специфики методик оценки инноваций, анкетирования как информационной модели целесообразности реализации проекта. Предложены способы оценки уровня риска, формата, требований и условий для создания практического руководства по рыночной оценке бизнес-инноваций.
